Today is the day 🌿
Yoga on the Farm is happening and there are still a few spots open if you feel called to join us.
This is your invitation to step outside of the noise and into something a little more grounded. Fresh air under your feet. Space to move. Space to breathe. Space to come back to yourself.
If you have been thinking about it, take this as your sign.
We would love to have you out there with us today 💛

This Sunday in Statesville.
Not a packed studio. Not mirrors. Not pressure.
Just fresh air, open space, and the quiet presence of gentle Highland cows moving around you while you slow down your body and your mind.
If your week has felt loud, heavy, or nonstop… this is your reset.
We’ll move through a grounded, accessible flow, nothing performative, nothing overwhelming. Just space to land back in yourself.
You don’t need to be “good” at yoga. You don’t need to have it all together.
You just need to show up.
There are only a few spots left, and right now, this is a smaller group than usual, which means more space, more connection, and a more personal experience.
If you’ve been craving something different, something real… this is it.

A quiet expansion for 2026.
I kept noticing the same thing. People want consistency, support, and options that fit real life. Not more pressure to show up perfectly.
So this year Yoga With Lexi becomes more than in person classes in Olin. It becomes a steady rhythm you can plug into in different ways.
In person classes remain the anchor. Gentle beginner friendly on Saturdays 8am. Power yoga Saturdays at 9am. Restorative with hot tea and warm steamed face towels on Tuesday nights at 8pm.
Alongside that I am adding three additional ways to practice and stay connected.
Every Wednesday a new full length class will be released on YouTube so you can practice at home when that is what your nervous system needs.
Every other week I will offer a live online class at 9 AM. January dates are the 8th and the 22nd.
On the alternating weeks I will release a new blog on January 2nd, 16th, and 30th. These are reflections meant to support the practice off the mat, not overwhelm it.
You are not meant to do all of this.
This is about choice.
Support between classes.
And building something sustainable.
If you have been wanting a practice that meets you where you actually are this might be your entry point.

It’s not about performing. It’s not about animals as props. It’s about connection: real, sensory, grounding connection.
When you move and breathe surrounded by living beings that are calm by nature, your whole system shifts.
That’s the magic of Highland Cow Yoga.

Yoga has always been about connection: to breath, to nature, to one another.
Practicing among Highland cows reminds us how gentle life can feel when we slow down enough to notice it.
This isn’t about performance or perfection. It’s about presence.

There’s something about this season that asks us to slow down 🍂
To breathe deeper, notice the air shift, and soften into stillness.
Highland Cow Yoga was born from that same intention — to bring people together in quiet connection with nature (and a few furry friends).
