Here are a few tips for effective stretching:

Listen to your body and don't push yourself too far.
Stretching can be done anytime, anywhere. You can stretch before or after a workout, or simply as part of your daily routine.
Here are a few simple static stretches you can try after a workout:
-Hamstring stretch: Stand with your feet hip-width apart and reach down to touch your toes. Keep your back straight and your knees slightly bent.
-Quadriceps stretch: Stand with your right leg behind you and bend your left knee. Grab the back of your right thigh with your right hand and gently pull your heel towards your buttock.
-Calf stretch: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and lean forward, placing your hands on a wall or counter. Keep your back straight and your heels on the ground.
