🐺💙🤍 CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR FALL 2026 CHANDLER GIRLS FLAG FOOTBALL CAPTAINS!
Being named a Chandler Girls Flag Football Captain is NOT an easy task, and it is not just a title. It is something that must be EARNED.
Every young lady interested in becoming a captain must complete a detailed Captain’s Application, answering a series of questions about leadership, commitment, accountability, and what it means to represent Chandler Girls Flag Football.
One of the most important questions we ask:
🐺 “What does WOLFPACK FAMILY mean to you?”
But the process doesn’t stop there.
Each candidate must stand in front of the entire program and coaching staff and deliver a speech explaining why she believes she would make a great captain and why she is ready to lead her teammates.
Then, the team votes.
Our coaching staff reviews those votes, evaluates every application, and looks closely at each candidate’s commitment to the program, including questions like:
Did you show up during the offseason?
Did you attend the camps and clinics Chandler Girls Flag Football offered?
Have you demonstrated leadership, accountability, and commitment?
Are you someone your teammates can depend on?
Do you represent what it means to be part of the Wolfpack Family?
After ALL of that, the final decisions are made.
So when you see the word CAPTAIN next to these young ladies’ names, know that they went through the process, stepped up in front of their teammates, and earned the opportunity to LEAD.

Day 1 of Flag Camp was a success! 💙🐺
Over 40+ Lady Wolves showed up today and this wasn’t even everyone! The energy, effort, and commitment were on full display as we took the first step toward what we be a special season.
We have one goal: compete at the highest level while keeping our eyes on the prize.
The work has begun.
