What if imposter syndrome isn’t a sign that you’re doing something wrong?

Sometimes it is something you need to pay attention to. Maybe God is redirecting you. Maybe it’s spiritual warfare. Maybe it’s a thought pattern that needs to be renewed.

But sometimes?

You’re just uncomfortable because you’re growing.

And that's a good thing!

You’re doing something you’ve never done before. You’re stretching beyond your comfort zone. You’re stepping into something God has called you to... of course you don’t feel completely confident yet!

We’re so quick to feel that discomfort and think:

Maybe I’m not qualified.

Maybe I heard God wrong.

Maybe I shouldn’t be doing this.

But what if you stopped seeing imposter syndrome as proof that you don’t belong there and started asking what it’s actually telling you?
