It’s official, we open tomorrow May 28th 2026, for fresh salmon sales. It is likely that we will not have any fresh fish until tomorrow afternoon, but for sure by Friday morning! My summer hours are Sunday to Thursday 10am - 5:0pm & Friday - Saturday 10am - 5:30pm. See you soon! Any questions, feel free to reach out to me (509) 281-1220. Super text friendly!

I hope everyone had a wonderful winter! We will be open for smoked salmon sales, beginning May 14: Thursday - Sunday (10am - 5pm).
No word from the tribe yet on fresh salmon sales. Stay tuned!

Hi friends!! This past weekend really felt like spring.. No fresh salmon yet. More than likely, I will be in Cascade Locks, with smoked salmon - middle of April, perhaps early May?? It really depends on the weather. I’ll keep you updated. I have an idea that we will get an early spring. Been praying for snow!! Our mountains really need it!!

Hey friends! This is Jay with fishhogs. I have candied salmon and traditional smoked salmon with the option of peppered available now! All salmon is chinook. I will also have some beaded earrings available. I will be set up in cascade locks under the bridge of the gods on Friday 12/12 and Saturday 12/13. I will be there from 10:30am-5:30pm. Thank you for the update Triston! 😂. Our canopy has seen better days!! Nothing a little duck tape can’t fix..😂😂 we are getting near the end.. maybe one more week?? Rain or sun, we are here!! Catch of the day; coho salmon & steelhead.. deals deals. lol get your fish before the end of the season!
