We are SO excited to welcome them to the Body Alive Carmel team as your newest instructors!! 🧡✨

Hi BA my name is Alyssa! 🧡

To introduce myself, I grew up in Atlanta, went to Florida State University, and just moved to the Indy area this May where I work as a scientist at a pharmaceutical company. I am so excited to expand my community here and meet all of the amazing faces here at BA in the hot room!

After starting mat pilates a little over a year ago following a running injury, I totally fell in love with the movement. Pilates became something I looked forward to every day— a time to spend a sweaty 45 minutes with myself where I can challenge myself to be my best version. I am super passionate about being able to lead others to find the same love I have found. I can’t wait to get into the studio and push you towards your goals, and sweat a ✨little✨ while doing it!

Hi, BA my name is Cristy! 🧡

My family and I moved to Westfield from Chicago about four years ago. I have been teaching group fitness since 2012, and I am so excited to join the Body Alive Carmel community. My favorite thing about BA is how fun and fast-paced the classes are!

When I’m not on the mat, I’m with my family. I have 4 kids that always keep us very busy. I can’t wait to push you all to be your strongest selves — I’ll see you in the hot room! 💪🏼
