Excited to announce that Coach Sky will be joining Velocity Athlete Development for private instruction!

One of the biggest reasons for this move is the opportunity it creates for the athletes in our Valor Baseball Academy program. Development has always been our priority, and now we’ll have access to a facility built for exactly that.

Today, we celebrate the birth of our nation and the freedoms that bring us together as a community. We hope our players, families, coaches, and supporters enjoy a day filled with laughter, great memories, and time spent with the people who matter most.

As we celebrate, let’s also take a moment to honor the brave men and women who have served and sacrificed for our country. Because of them, we’re able to enjoy days like today and continue doing what we love.

What started as Valor Baseball Academy now enters a new era as the Valor Baseball Academy Warriors.

We are excited to officially announce Eli Rose as the Pitching Coordinator for Valor Baseball Academy.

Eli brings a wealth of experience to our organization as a former professional and collegiate pitcher, private pitching instructor, and certified arm care specialist.

What stands out most about Eli is his commitment to developing the whole athlete. His approach goes far beyond velocity and mechanics—he focuses on arm health, accountability, confidence, and helping young players build habits that will serve them both on and off the field.

As we continue to grow our program, we are committed to providing our players with access to some of the best instruction available. Eli’s experience, knowledge, and dedication to youth development will be a tremendous asset to every athlete in our organization.

Our coaches are committed to developing players both on and off the field while creating a competitive, positive environment built around growth, accountability, and passion for the game.

Valor Baseball Academy families,

After a lot of thought and prayer, I’m excited to share that I will be giving Valor Baseball Academy to Skylar McPhee effective July 1st, 2026. This will allow everyone to begin making plans for the upcoming season.

From the very beginning, my goal has been to provide and keep VBA strong and sustainable, and this is a step to continue that. While this transition also means that my son and I will not be a part of next season which is not the outcome I would have chosen. I believe this is the right move to allow VBA to continue growing and building on what we’ve started.

Skylar will be sharing more details about his vision and plans on his personal page.

I’m incredibly grateful for all the players, families, and coaches who have been part of this journey and helped make VBA what it is today. I’m looking forward to seeing the next chapter unfold.
