I’m officially have a 1st grader 🥹😭🩵 He has grown so much (the last pic made me tear up 😭)

I am sooo proud of our little Jayce!! 🫶🏼 This is going to be a big year for all of us, sports, busy mornings, growth, etc 💞

💔 I’m breaking up with the excuses.

I’m ready to become the woman I’ve always wanted to be.

Not overnight. Not perfectly.

Just small steps, with grace.

I’m choosing discipline over comfort.

Simple wellness routines I can actually stick to.

A home that feels peaceful, not cluttered…so my mind can feel that peace too. 🫶🏼

I’m choosing confidence in this body God gave me.

Full alignment with who I was made to be.

Here to serve the Lord. Here to serve my family. Here to build real, rooted community.

🙅🏽‍♀️No more living in my head.

🙅🏽‍♀️No more getting in my own way.

I am going to be becoming more disciplined. 🔥

Six months from now, I’ll look back at this post and know I kept my word to myself. 🤩

We got BAPTIZED 🤍🙏🌊

Yesterday, I got to stand in the water and publicly declare my commitment to follow Jesus Christ with my husband Dane Johnson • CHN • Crohn’s/Colitis Specialist doing the same.

What I once prayed for quietly became the most beautiful reality.

My best friend by my side.
My husband beside me.
Our closest friends and family surrounding us.
And God at the center of it all.

I feel renewed.
I feel covered.
I feel deeply loved.

This is the beginning of an even deeper walk with Jesus.

My relationship with God began with listening.

Throughout my life, there were trials, moments of uncertainty, and seasons where I desperately needed protection, belonging, peace, and love. And somehow, through every season, God kept showing up. His voice kept finding me. And little by little, I learned to follow it.

Then, in 2024, I was standing in front of my mirror when I heard God’s voice so clearly.

He wanted a relationship with me.

I turned to my husband and said, “I just got a word from God. He wants me to know Him. I don’t know what this means, but here we go.”
Then, in March 2025, I began the 21-Day Burning Hearts journey and it completely changed my life🥹💞

Within days, I experienced something I can only describe as being filled by the Holy Spirit. 🙏

A peace I couldn’t explain.
A love I didn’t have to earn.
A safety I didn’t have to create.
A belonging I had spent years searching for.

I had finally found home.

I learned that God isn’t simply someone to fear. He is a loving Father. He is forgiving. He is patient. He provides. He protects. He meets us exactly where we are.

Thank You, God, for never leaving me.
For speaking when I needed You most.
For hearing prayers I didn’t even know how to pray.
For finding me in every season.
For teaching me what real love, peace, forgiveness, and belonging feel like.

And thank You for this day that was, in every possible way, a dream. 🤍
