Montana is full of breathtaking places, some just far enough off the beaten path that you need more than a day to truly experience them. If you’re looking for solitude, wanting to build confidence in the outdoors, or hoping to sharpen your backcountry skills, this backpacking course is for you.

This fun, supportive class is designed to empower you to explore with curiosity and confidence. Whether you're new to backpacking or simply want to brush up on skills, you'll learn all the essentials like trip planning, gear, safety, Leave No Trace practices, camp setup, bear safety, and more.
