It’s time to PACK THE FARM! 🌲🏉🌲

The annual fall club doubleheader is slated for this Saturday, 9.19 and is going to be a full day of rugby so come on out to cheer for your local club!

The Men+ officially start their 2026 fall season, hosting the Hartford Wanderers at 11am to get the days matches underway. When the met last year, Burlington was on the road but hung in on a close try for try game until the last 15 minutes or so as fatigue lead to openings in the defense and a crushing 19-47 loss.

At 1PM the Women+ host Portland. In their last meeting in 2023, Burlington traveled to Maine to face Portland to grind out a solid 19-0 win over their hosts. We’ll see how the two sides have changed over the past 3 years this Saturday!

We’d love to have all the support we can get, so whether you’re an Alum of the club or never seen a game before - Come out and support!

BWRFC+ was hungry for a win, and it’s a win they got this last Saturday against the Hartford Hartford Wild Rose WRFC women’s team!

The Burlington players were fueled with energy from the fans and men’s+ side players that came to support. They ran their pods, made sure to protect the ball with secure rucks and had some amazing breakaways.

This upcoming weekend, Burlington will be hosting a double header so make sure to clear your Saturday for an all day rugby day!

Mark your calendars for next Wednesday, September 16th 🗓️‼️

BRFC is hosting a Chipotle fundraiser at the Dorset st location to help raise funds towards our women’s+ side!

We are only one week away so please spread the word and share the flyer with your community 🌯🌮

Here are some important instructions to follow:
- You must use the special code LLWQD7Q when ordering (online or in person)
- Only orders placed through the Dorset St, Burlington location will be accepted
- Orders must be placed within the timeframe of 5 pm to 9 pm

Looking to catch some rugby? Come on out to the Tree Farm Recreation Facility this weekend, September 12th for the home opener of Burlington Rugby’s Women+ squad!

This week they host the Wild Roses of Hartford, Connecticut whom they narrowly bested in a 15-12 contest last fall.

Une magnifique journée remplie de rugby!

This Saturday, while the Women+ began their 2026 Fall Season, the Men+ played host to Rugby Quebec’s Montreal Phenix for a friendly match!

A game of 3 30 minute periods allowed BRFC to identify areas that needed further work in the coming weeks, as well as allowed for newer players to get some game time in.

Back to school means back to the pitch! It’s time for BWRFC+’s first fall rugby game of 2026.

The Women+ will be traveling to Albany for a 12 pm kick off time at Dick Green Field (205 McCarty Field Ave). The team is hoping their hard work the past few weeks towards conditioning and play making skills will pay off in their rivalry against the Knicks.

While the Women+ squad kickoff their fall campaign proper, the Men+ will be hosting the Montreal Phenix for a friendly warmup game to prepare for the 2026 Fall Season.

The Squad is fired up and are looking forward to taking on a well oiled team fresh off of a Semi-Final run in the Canadian Rugby Quebec provincial union.

If you’re in Burlington and looking to watch some rugby, come on by the Tree Farm Recreational Center for our 3pm kick off!
