SWARM 8U Yellow: 2026 Season

An absolutely amazing weekend of baseball & we could not be more proud of our boys and the growth they have shown this season. Starting as a brand new 8U team, learning to jive together, to taking home yet another 2nd place finish & sporting some more hardware to show off!

We went 4-0 getting us into the championship, falling short of a first place finish but ending the weekend with a 4-1 record!

Making plays, crushing hits, awesome pitching - just all around, the boys SHOWED UP this weekend without a doubt. Next up…. Our first trip to STATE in Des Moines middle of July!

The work isn’t finished yet, stay tuned! 🚨

Lots of HARD work put in this weekend by this group of boys! We couldn’t be more proud! ⚾️

They maybe look like a bunch of hooligans, but actually they are the runner up finalist in the 8U division at this weekend Cornshucker Silver Slugger Super NIT. Great job 8U Yellow!!

Our boys battled all weekend at the TURF, going 2-2 and finishing 2nd place, bringing home some hardware! 🥈⚾️

So proud of the grit, teamwork, and growth we’re seeing every time they step on the field. For a first-year team learning and growing together, a 2nd place finish is something to be proud of! 💪

This group keeps getting better and better 🔥

Got our first WIN today! ⚾️

Last night we officially kicked off SWARM 8U by hosting a “signing” party and it was such a success 🖤💛🐝

There is just something special about watching these boys wear their jerseys and hear their walk up songs for the first time. These boys are ready to WORK. The excitement in that room was unmatched, and we are so proud of this group and the families behind them.
We were missing a couple kiddos tonight but can’t wait to get them signed in as well. Peep the team’s super fan in the miniature jersey like the big boys!

As we head into the season, we’re still looking for local businesses or individuals who would like to sponsor SWARM 8U. Sponsorships help cover tournament fees, equipment, and player development opportunities — and we love supporting the businesses that support our kids!
