🍑I love salads but get tired of my same old go to. Couldn’t get apricots so I used plums.

Atlas is 1 year and 3 months old today! He:

-ASL signs: bathroom (and now walks in there😳🤗), all done, water, milk, eat, help, more.
-I can’t remember the last time he pooped in a diaper instead of the toilet(I’ve been doing EC since 3 weeks old)!
-Points at planes, has his own sign for elephant and makes a few animal sounds.
-LOVES baths
-LOVES being outside in the dirt
-Laughs when he farts
-has no patience
-gulps water, like he’s never had it, all day long
-eats fruits and veggies all day but could live off grape nuts flakes and cottage cheese if I let him
-Stopped saying mama at about 8mo and says dada all the time now.
-Walks everywhere and danced the hardest to a Whitney Houston album.
-Loves chasing his dog Seven, who is his best friend, but doesn’t know it and doesn’t like him

Lots of prep for last nights dinner date. Happy Anniversary to us! My gift - nostalgia…and a sugar high 😆
And who are we kidding, I also made a big salad. (That WE didn’t eat but Atlas did!)

Dressing:
5 c Mayo
1/4c avocado oil
3 Lemons
1 & 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
Fresh dill
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
2 tsp maple syrup

Back hurts. Rest it? Nah, strengthen it.
