This morning’s session was a special one! ⚽️

I had the pleasure of working with Jay, a 53-year-old who was looking for a fun, unique way to get fit while improving his balance and coordination… and he chose soccer to help him do it!

The skills we learn in soccer go far past the sport itself and Jay is a great example of how you can use those skills to get stronger at any age.

I appreciate his approach to fitness through the game of soccer and I’m excited to be a part of his journey. It’s never too late to start something new, challenge yourself, and have fun while doing it! 🙌🏽👟🔥

¡La competencia está lista y queremos a toda la comunidad en el NEA Fieldhouse! Ven a disfrutar de un día lleno de fútbol, diversión y entretenimiento para toda la familia.

⚽ Inicio de los partidos: 8:00 AM
📋 Equipos: Les pedimos llegar por lo menos 30 minutos antes para completar el waiver de su equipo y registrarse.

📅 El calendario de partidos se enviará a los capitanes y se publicará más tarde hoy.

Changing direction with the ball is one of the hardest skills to learn. It takes coordination, balance, timing, and A LOT of repetition.

Eli showed great patience and determination during his session today, staying with the movement until he figured it out and got it down! 💪🏼🔥

That persistence is what leads to growth. Keep working, Eli! 👏🏽⚽️

The competition is ready, and we want the whole community there! Come out to the NEA Fieldhouse for a day full of soccer, fun, and family entertainment!

⚽ Kickoff: 8:00 AM
📋 Teams: Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to complete your team waiver and get checked in.
Schedule will be posted this afternoon and sent out to Captains.

🎉 Bring the whole family! We’ll have:

Great session tonight! Our players put in the work, sharpened their skills, and continued building confidence on the ball. 💪⚽️

Our Tuesday & Thursday Group Training is designed for beginner to developing players in 1st–9th grade, with a focus on building strong fundamentals, improving technique, understanding the game, and developing confident players.

🏆 Elite Arkansas Training Athletes are welcome!

We’re excited to keep building, keep developing, and watch these players grow week after week.

The work starts with the First Touch. 👊⚽️
