Breaststroke Breakdown
Every stroke is made up of small movements that work together. In this demonstration, our instructor breaks down the breaststroke step by step, showing proper arm movement, timing, and body position to help swimmers build a stronger, more efficient stroke.
Master the basics, and the whole stroke comes together.

Hold, Move, Exit!
One of the most important water safety skills we teach is knowing what to do if a child finds themselves in the water unexpectedly.
In this activity, swimmers practice holding onto the wall, monkey walking along the edge to a safe area, and exiting at the stairs if they are unable to climb out on their own.
These skills help children stay calm, make safe choices, and build confidence around the water. Every lesson is designed with water safety as the priority.
