Today we celebrate the incredible achievement of our daughter, Grace Phillips, as she graduates from Marine Corps boot camp and officially becomes a Private First Class Marine. She endured more than most to get here, with injuries and sickness that prolonged her bootcamp to 7.5 months. But she did the unthinkable, endured and never gave up. We are so incredibly proud of her and cannot wait to see what she does next. Semper Fi!

It’s hard to believe it’s been 25 years since this tragic day. Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the countless families whose lives were forever changed.

We remember the courage of the first responders, the bravery of ordinary people who became heroes, and the way our nation came together in the face of unimaginable heartbreak.

May we honor those we lost by holding our loved ones a little closer, choosing kindness, and never forgetting. ❤️🤍💙
