One of the GOAT movement drills for Strongman
The strongman side bend will decompress your spine, hips and sides after heavy demanding strongman sessions
Instructions:
Put a bar on your traps, like a high bar squat
Place feet inside shoulder width, toes straight forward
Bend to one side, and take a big inhale , sending your air to the side body that’s lengthened
(If you’re tilted to the right, breathe into the left side)
Exhale and return to standing position
Repeat, alternating sides, for 30-60 seconds
