Applications are open for the 2026/2027 SCARPA Athlete Mentorship Initiative (SAMI)!⁠

We're proud to support this year's cohort by providing packs to help selected mentees pursue their goals on the mountain and beyond.⁠
⁠
SAMI is seeking mountain athletes from historically marginalized communities—including climbers, mountaineers, ice climbers, skiers, and ultra runners—who are excelling in their sport and working toward becoming professional athletes, guides, coaches, and industry leaders.⁠

Selected applicants will be paired with a athlete mentor and receive mentorship, education, financial support, and industry exposure to help them grow personally, athletically, and professionally.⁠
