Josh Gwyther, who led OWL from launch through its first leagues and national broadcasts, becomes a key AI advisor. Jeremy Bloom continues as Founder & Executive Chairman.

We spent a day building a multi-camera rig for a single skateboarder. To train AI that judges action sports honestly, we don't start with the AI.
Andy Macdonald at YMCA Mission Valley, San Diego. Tricks landed across four hours, captured at broadcast frame rate across a multi-angle camera array. Every trajectory labeled at the frame level to become training data for OWL's 3D trajectory model.
Apex height. Air time. Entry angle. Spin axis. Body-board orientation through compression. Every measurement that's traditionally been judged subjectively in action sports is now a labeled signal.

When the platform first launched, scoring turnaround in elite competition took six to eight minutes. Today it's seconds. That gap is the difference between an officiating tool and a real-time engine for judging, coaching, and broadcast.
