Such an epic day hiking up Mt. Quandary while wearing an extra 50lbs on my body to support FRIENDS of Broomfield, Inc. and represent the “invisible weight” that individuals with disabilities carry every single day!
Thanks to everyone that donated to this fundraising event! Already can’t wait to see what we come up with for next year’s challenge!

It's officially one week until the big hike up Mt. Quandary! Still time to donate to the fundraiser for FRIENDS of Broomfield! Help add more weight to the team of hikers as we continue this last minute effort to get to our $10,000 goal by July 10th!

Throw back to last year at the Fashion Show where I got to be up on stage with my amazing client, Sophia! That day will always be one of my favorite and most treasured, meaningful memories.
If you want to support FRIENDS of Broomfield, there's still time to donate to my fundraiser supporting them and all the amazing individuals they serve year round!

Stress management has always been the most challenging aspect for me. However, I am committed to improving a little bit every day, aiming to overcome this limitation and not allowing stress to control me, especially when many stressful situations are unavoidable.
What truly matters is how I respond to these circumstances, rather than trying to avoid them (which is impossible!).
