Forcing your team in front of a camera will backfire every time.
If you want content that builds real trust, work with people who actually want to be there.
Here is what to do instead:
1️⃣ Find the natural creators: Look across your entire store: service, BDC, or lot. Start with whoever is already excited to post.
2️⃣ Reward the effort, not the views: Offer bonuses or spiffs just for creating and posting consistently, rather than chasing vanity metrics.
3️⃣ Hire for it from day one: Set content creation as a clear job expectation during interviews so you bring on reps who welcome it.
🎁 Bonus Tip: Don’t force it. Bring in a social media manager who can rally the team and handle the strategy while your reps stay focused on selling.
