Boston’s EMTs and Paramedics are proud to stand in solidarity with organized labor - our brothers, and sisters of the Massachusetts Nurses Association. We know that safe staffing, fair wages, and safe working conditions aren’t just labor issues—they’re patient care issues. Together, we’re stronger, and together we continue to fight for the experienced healthcare professionals who care for our communities every day.

The BPPA-EMS Division stands in solidarity with the nurses of Brigham and Women’s. Every healthcare professional deserves fair pay, safe staffing levels, and working conditions that allow us to provide the highest quality care to our patients. When hospitals invest in their workforce, they invest in patient safety and stronger communities. We support the nurses as they fight for the resources and respect needed to deliver the care every patient deserves.
