I spent the weekend in the Adirondacks digging for Herkimer Diamonds and quartz. There is something healing when you dig in the dirt to find crystals 500 million years old. I walk away feeling grounded, happy and figuring out when I can return.

Powązki Cemetery in Warsaw, Poland is a quiet art museum. I always take a moment to walk the silent paths lined with incredible statuary, each time I visit. There is a beauty in the lost art of funerary sculpture.

This workshop reframes poison-path lore historically and ethically, focusing on symbolic boundary work and protective herbs. In a grounded exploration of shadow integration through plant symbolism, we’ll explore how those teachings show up in the hedgerows and edges of New England woodlands and fields.
