Join the Outing Center for their September Foundational Backcountry Skills clinic! The types of skills covered include how to pack a backpack, campsite selection, setting up a tarp and tent, essential knots and hitches, and choosing water sources and water purification methods. Don't miss out! 🌲🪢🎒🥾

Quinn Recreation Center- Regular Hours
Mt. Mitchell Fitness Center- 7:00am-5:00pm

⭐Saturday, September 5th
All Facilities Closed - home football game

⭐Sunday, September 6th
Student Recreation Center- 12:00pm-9:00pm
Quinn Recreation Center- 12:00pm-7:00pm (Regular hours)
Mt. Mitchell Fitness Center- Closed

⭐Monday, September 7th - State Holiday
Student Recreation Center- 2:00pm-9:00pm
Quinn Recreation Center- Closed
Mt. Mitchell Fitness Center- Closed

We are so excited that our facility over in Plemmons Student Union, Mt. Mitchell is now renovated and open for use! Enjoy the nice new floors in both the main area and group fitness room.
