Amazing day at the Burnsville pool today with Youth 2 Youth and Cougar Fit Club, loved getting to see everyone having fun!!

Even though CFC and Y2Y aren’t meeting at the pool again there are 4 more chances for everyone to enjoy a free pool day!

Awesome end of the Cougar Fit Club year!!💚

Beyond proud of each of these students, I have watched them gain respect for themselves and their peers and cannot wait to see what else they can accomplish!!

To the seniors. I will miss you both incredibly next year, no matter where you find yourself always know you are such an important part of this 🌎!!

Cougar Fit took an awesome field trip today to Bodytribe Appalachia! Love the new digs Chip!!

This week Cougar Fit joined Appalachian Youth to Youth groups from East Yancey and Cane River! Students learned about coping skills and worked together in small groups! Cougar Fit students even led some stretching and body weight exercises!
