Not every space is confined space, but every confined space deserves respect.
Confined spaces can present serious hazards including oxygen deficiency, toxic atmospheres, engulfment hazards, and restricted means of entry or exit.
Our Confined Space Training helps workers and supervisors understand:
✔️ What defines a confined space
✔️ Permit-required confined spaces
✔️ Atmospheric hazards and monitoring
✔️ Roles and responsibilities of entrants, attendants, and supervisors
✔️ Emergency procedures and safe work practices
Available online, live virtual instructor-led, and in-person training options.

The regulation that gets contractors cited most often isn't new, it's the one everyone ignores because it sounds too basic.
MSHA just clarified Part 46 training documentation requirements. But here's what nobody tells you: the same three recordkeeping mistakes account for nearly 40% of training-related citations year after year. Missing signatures. Expired refresher dates. Training plans that don't match what's actually being taught. The regulation didn't change, the enforcement did. Inspectors are now cross-referencing your training plan against your rosters before they even step on site. If your paperwork tells one story and your crew tells another, guess which one the citation believes?
➡️ We track these enforcement shifts so you don't have to. Let's make sure your documentation tells the right story.

⛑️ Your crew needs OSHA 10 before next week's site start. The in-person class is booked solid, and the instructor wants $200 a head. So you put them in an online course and wonder, is this the real thing, or just a video they'll click through while scrolling their phone?
Here's what most contractors get wrong: online OSHA Outreach isn't the shortcut version, it's the version that actually fits a working crew's schedule. Your guys can pause, rewatch the sections that matter to their trade, and finish without losing a full day of production. The card carries the same weight. The knowledge sticks better because they learn it at their own pace.
Don't let the myth that "real training happens in a classroom" cost your crew another day on the bench.

🦺 The back row doesn't exist online.... In a conference room, it's easy to zone out, sign the roster, and leave. In a live virtual OSHA & MSHA session, instructors see who's engaged and who's checked out. Foremen tell us their crews retain more because there's nowhere to hide. If your safety training feels like a checkbox, the format might be the problem, not the content.
➡️ Ask us about virtual instructor-led OSHA or MSHA training for your crew.

🦺 "I don't need a class to tell me what's safe."
We heard those exact words at a pre-bid meeting last month. 25 years running crews. The guy knew his trade inside and out.
The GC's safety director didn't argue. He just said, "Our insurance carrier requires the OSHA 30 card for every supervisor on site. No card, no bid."
The contractor didn't lose the job because he was unsafe. He lost it because he couldn't produce a piece of paper that proved what he already knew.
OSHA 30 isn't a judgment on your experience. It's the key that unlocks the gate before you ever get to the jobsite.

⚠️ A perfect inspection score means your training plan failed.
A plan built to impress an MSHA inspector checks boxes. A plan built to keep a driller alive through a longwall move anticipates the shortcuts he'll be tempted to take at 2 a.m.
If your training plan reads like a legal document instead of a conversation with your foreman, you've optimized for the wrong audience. Stop writing for the inspector. Start writing for the guy who has to remember what to do when the belt starts slipping.

🦺 Stop treating pre-qual like a paperwork sprint.
That habit of letting your safety docs gather dust until an invitation hits your inbox is exactly why you're scrambling at 5 PM on a Friday while the bid deadline is Monday morning. Pre-qualification isn't a last-minute admin chore, it's the proof that your safety program actually works day-to-day. If your documentation isn't ready to go before the opportunity shows up, your program probably isn't either.
