Have you ever overeaten at night… then tried to punish yourself for it the next day?
Eat too much.
Regret it.
Step on the scales.
Restrict.
Train harder.
Promise yourself you’ll “be good today.”
Then eventually… do it all again.
Binge → regret → restrict → repeat.
I spent years thinking punishment was how I’d get control back.
It wasn’t.
It just kept me trapped in the same relationship with food.
And if you’ve ever treated yourself this way too, I’m sorry you’ve felt like you had to.
You don’t need to earn food back.
You don’t need to punish yesterday’s choices with today’s body.
You need to understand what’s driving the cycle, quiet some of the food noise, and learn how to respond differently.
That’s when things actually start to change.
