First day of fall was a family day at including bouncing, getting lost in the maize maze, casual posing with cider, hay bails and of course pumpkins!!! 🍂🍺🌽☁️🎃🍁

My favorite way to start the day, an early morning puppy walk! Fresh air, peace, solitude and exercise all set me up perfectly for my Pilates day ahead. And this morning we have the mist setting the mood for the coming season . 🍂🧘🤸🚶‍♀️🐾🍁☀️

The good. The bad. The balance.
Balance is not just about being able to stand on one leg. Happiness comes from a balanced lifestyle. My mum always taught me ‘everything in moderation’ hooraaaahhh for that! 🧘🤸🥗🍪🌭🍓⚖️

Friday is my studio day. Prepping for next week’s sessions. Very old school with my pen and note pad!!
