Liberation Fitness wants to help you be free; free of health issues, societal standards, obesity, addiction, self pity, lingering victimized emotions, over-exercising. It can also be an important tool in overcoming hardships in life. Whether in a group fitness class, private session, or online accountability, it is my purpose to help women find WHOLE BODY health. Find a way to release unhealthy emotions, work on inner and outer strength, and get rid of false pharmaceutical solutions, all while surpassing fitness goals. And choose your own format-- Enjoy being at a facility with others? Need to get your workout in quickly at home? Know someone who wants the same acountability groups, but doesn't have social media? We got an app for that! Liberation Fitness was created by me (Coach Leeana Hergenreder). My experience is derived not only from the physical aspect, but the spiritual and mental as well. I am a certified and insured group fitness instructor, natural and balanced health coach. I'm committed to continually expanding my horizon and getting certified in more; the path of growth is never-ending! As my client, expect me to share my experience, strength, and hope as a recovering, strong, warrior woman with you, babe (not to mention i really dig just being laid back and having a good time)! And just like that, summer break came to a close.

What an awesome finish to an awesome Become Better Sport Performance and Personal Training Summer Olympics! 🥇
Not only did our team take 1st place, but so many of our GOATs had personal 1st place finishes, including our own Aaron Morgan taking 1st place overall, and Heidi Calhoun being named the MVP!!! 💙
Team bonus challenges brought us all together, individual events made us cheer and push each other on, and the Olympics as a whole gave us a way to keep chasing goals throughout a long, humid summer. Coach Matt, Coach Jonah, and myself are so proud of our team and everything they accomplished! 🐐
So many people tried yoga with me for their first flow ever. I watched a number of people try hard things; so many back squat PR’s! ALL of the members and teams really outdid themselves and were so fun to watch. Seeing everyone bond, despite the teams were on, was a true testament to the character and love of this community. 🤗
Can’t wait for next year’s challenges and fun! Hopefully one Hyrox simulation was enough for Coach Dan. 🥵 And you’re welcome for my partner run suggestion that was accepted! 🤭
