Today I needed that reminder.

I’m not feeling my strongest.
I feel stretched. A little tired. A little overwhelmed.

But instead of quitting, I’m choosing to restart.
To rest.
To refocus.

Growth doesn’t always look powerful.
Sometimes it looks quiet.

Strong in spirit.
Clear in mind.
Steady in body.

I’ll begin again.
As many times as I need to.

Just not giving up on myself. 🤍

Read of the day…..Did you know that we’re supposed to get 1/2 our body weight in oz of water daily? Water is essential for energy levels, digestion, organ functions, recovery, eliminating brain fog & healthy cognition & so much more,
Its interesting that something so simple as water gives us soooo much. & then I think about the “living water” which signifies an inner wellspring of divine grace that quenches spiritual thirst, brings believers into fellowship with God, and enables them to refresh others, flowing from a transformed heart; something so powerful that only He aka JESUS can provide 🥹
