WEEK 2 AT BELMONT ACADEMY!

What a GREAT day at the Academy yesterday!

One of my favorite things to see each week is how much our coaches truly care about these kids. They aren't just putting them on the field and letting them play — they're taking the time to teach them the game!

Throw-ins, corner kicks, making a wall, positioning, passing, dribbling, teamwork and all of those little soccer basics that build a strong foundation.

And we're starting them YOUNG! We have players as young as 2 YEARS OLD out there learning and falling in love with the game! Yes… TWO! 🥹

At this age, it's not about wins and losses. It's about learning the game, building confidence, being part of a team, making friends and having FUN while doing it.

A huge thank you to our coaches for their patience, encouragement and willingness to work with every single kid. You can already see the progress being made, and we're only TWO weeks in!

OPENING DAY AT BELMONT ACADEMY!

What an incredible way to kick off another season!

Our fields were FULL today — full of kids playing the game they love, coaches volunteering their time, families cheering from the sidelines, and so many smiles. Seeing how much Belmont Academy continues to grow each season is something truly special.

This program is about so much more than soccer. It’s about giving local kids a place to play, learn, grow, build friendships, and fall in love with the game.

A huge THANK YOU to our coaches, volunteers, parents, families, supporters, and everyone who continues to help make Belmont Academy possible. We couldn't do this without the amazing community behind us.

TEAM ASSIGNMENTS ARE COMPLETE! ⚽️❤️🖤

All Belmont Academy players have officially been assigned to their teams!

Team information has been sent out through the BAND app. Parents should have received an email invitation to join their child’s specific team BAND.

📧 PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL!

If you did not receive a BAND invitation, please reach out to Katie Fowkes at 740-296-3346 ASAP so we can make sure you get added to the correct team.

Once you’re in your team BAND, this will be the main way your coach communicates with you throughout the season, so it’s important that everyone gets connected!

WE HAVE SOME EXCITING NEWS! ⚽🎉

This fall, we officially have the MOST REGISTRATIONS we’ve had since starting Belmont Academy two years ago!

Seeing how much this program has grown in such a short amount of time is incredible. What started as an idea to give local kids a fun, affordable place to play soccer has turned into something bigger than we could have imagined.

Every registration represents a child getting the opportunity to get outside, make friends, learn the game, and be part of a team. THAT is what this program is all about.

A huge THANK YOU to every parent who registered their child, every volunteer coach who steps up, every business and community member who supports us, and everyone who shares our posts and helps spread the word.

We are so excited for our BIGGEST SEASON YET!
