How you store your pet's food matters more than you'd think. 🥣🐾

Transfer kibble into an airtight container to keep it fresh and pests out. Check expiration dates and use older bags first. And keep everything somewhere cool and dry, since temperature swings in spots like the garage or a mudroom can lead to spoilage and nutrient loss.

We are officially open in Hopkinton! 🎉

We had our first day seeing clients at the new location this week, and what a day it was. First appointments, first tail wags in the lobby, and a whole lot of excitement from our team.

Thank you to everyone who trusted us with their pets on day one. We cannot wait to see what this next chapter brings!

It's Ginger Cat Appreciation Day! 🧡 Here are a few of our ginger patients whose families shared their photos with us, plus a few of their non-ginger friends who refused to be left out of the photo (😹). Look at these gorgeous faces!

Take note! 🐾

We will be closed on Monday, September 7 in observance of Labor Day so our team can enjoy the long weekend with their families. We'll be back to normal hours on Tuesday.

If your pet is running low on medication or needs a refill, give us a call before the holiday and we'll get you taken care of. Wishing you a safe and relaxing weekend full of sunshine, beach runs, and extra treats! ☀️

💙 When we see your pet regularly, we learn what normal looks like for them specifically. Their usual weight. How their coat looks in summer. What they act like when they feel good. That baseline is what makes it possible to spot a change early, before it becomes something bigger.

🐾 We're getting ready to open the doors at 8 Lumber Street! We built this place with our patients in mind, from the exam rooms to the light coming through the windows. Swipe through for a look.

We had a lot of help along the way, most of it from people who share our last names. Thank you doesn't quite cover it.

We wanted to share the story of Sofia, a very sweet and special golden girl-she was in about a year ago for a routine wellness exam when the doctor palpated a swelling in her abdomen. It ended up being a mass on her spleen, and we decided with her mom to proceed with removing the spleen and associated mass. The risk of not removing the mass was rupture and internal bleeding, whether benign or malignant. Proving age is just a number, Sofia got through surgery and recovery with flying colors. We also got the best news when we got the results on the mass back and found out it was benign! Sofia was in the other day for this year’s wellness exam, and looks great! We are so proud of her, and happy that she is doing so well!
