The Buxx Boys 10U are headed to Waycross this Saturday, August 22 for our second tournament of the season!

⚾🔥 NEXT UP — #59 MASON WASHINGTON 🔥⚾

Mason is new to the Buxx Boys this season, and we’re excited to have him joining the team!

You’ll see #59 helping us in several spots this year, including outfield, catcher, and on the mound. We’re looking forward to watching him continue to grow, compete, and become a big part of this group.

Next up in our Meet the Buxx Boys series — #5 Kenneth “KB” Bailey! 🔥⚾️

KB is an extremely talented athlete who brings a lot to the field for the Buxx Boys. This season, you’ll see him making plays at third base and shortstop, along with taking the mound and handling some of our pitching duties.

KB is also one of the original Buxx Boys from this age group, now beginning his third season with the team. It’s been a lot of fun watching him grow and develop over the last few years, and we’re excited to see what he does this season!

⚾🔥 MEET #8 — BRANTLEY STRICKLAND 🔥⚾

Brantley is one of the original Buxx Boys from this age group and is heading into his 3rd season with the Buxx Boys!

You’ll see #8 spend most of his time at second base, but he’s a true utility player who can step in wherever the team needs him. He’ll also take on some pitching duties throughout the season.

And if you’ve ever been around this team, you probably already know Brantley for something else… he’s the loudmouth of the group. 😂 Whether he’s cheering on a teammate, talking from the dugout, or making sure everybody knows he’s there, #8 brings plenty of energy every time he steps on the field.

We’re excited to have Brantley back for another season!

Cohen is beginning his first season of travel baseball, and we’re excited to welcome him to the Buxx Boys family! He’s a talented young player with plenty of potential, and we can’t wait to watch him learn, grow, and develop throughout the season.

🌧️⚾ Not the way we wanted the day to end…

The championship game was called due to rain. Since The Smoke entered bracket play as the #1 seed and the Buxx Boys entered as the #2 seed, The Smoke was named tournament champions.

But what a day for these boys. 🔥

In our first tournament together as a 10U team, the Buxx Boys battled their way all the way to the championship game, outscoring our opponents 45–8 along the way.

We would’ve loved the opportunity to settle it on the field, but we couldn’t be prouder of how these boys played today.
