From answering phones at age nine to managing aquatics, working for a major cruise line, returning to municipal recreation, and ultimately becoming a Community Services Director, her story is filled with valuable lessons about customer service, emotional intelligence, leadership, career growth, and finding your purpose.
Rebecca also shares the inspiration behind “Rec Yourself,” a podcast concept focused on getting recreation professionals out from behind the scenes and experiencing their own programs from the community’s perspective.
