Monkey see. Monkey do. đ
My sister swears sheâs just hanging out⊠until she starts copying everything Iâm doing.
Hereâs the thing. People are always watching, whether you realize it or not.
Your kids.
Your partner.
Your friends.
Your coworkers.
They wonât always do what you say.
Theyâll do what they see.
If you want the people around you to value strength, health, and discipline, live it first. Your habits become someone elseâs permission to start.
Lead by example. You never know whoâs quietly following your footsteps.
Tag someone whoâs been a positive influence in your life. đȘ

So next time you walk past a playground, donât just keep walking.
Hang.

HOW TO LIFT HEAVY $HIT PROPERLY, Episode 2: The Pull Up
Most people donât fail a pull up because theyâre weak.
They fail because theyâre pulling with the wrong muscles.
Hereâs how to make every rep stronger:
đ„ Cue 1: Set your shoulders first. Engage your scapula by rotating your arms into position and think, âsqueeze the lemons in your armpits.â
đ„ Cue 2: Brace your core and create a slight lean back. A rigid torso gives you a stronger pulling position.
đ„ Cue 3: Drive your elbows toward the floor explosively. Donât think about getting your chin over the bar. Think about bringing the bar to your chest.
â Stop trying to climb over the bar with your shoulders.
A great pull up starts with scapular control, core stability, and powerful elbow drive, not yanking yourself upward.
Save this for your next upper body workout, and send it to someone whoâs been battling their first pull up.
She thought I was trying to torture her⊠maybe a little đ
I was actually trying to future proof her.
Because strength training isnât just about looking fit.
Itâs about building muscle that protects your metabolism, your bones, your confidence, and your independence for decades to come.
So yes, Iâll keep convincing the people I love to lift weights.
Especially when they donât realize how much their future self will thank them.
Tag the sibling whoâs overdue for their first workout. đȘ
Cute.
I donât negotiate with clients.
Not even when weâre blood.
Every rep, every set matters
The funny part is that this isnât really about the workout.
Itâs about showing up for the people you love, challenging them to become stronger, and believing in them when they donât believe in themselves. Sometimes the greatest act of love isnât making things easier, itâs helping someone discover what theyâre capable of.
Share this with your sibling, and maybe itâs time you trained together. â€ïžđȘ
