A logistics company doesn't stop moving because a construction crew showed up. Freight in and out, and traffic running on its own schedule. Meanwhile a GC is pouring concrete, staging equipment, and building a new structure inside the same area.

That's exactly when aerial documentation earns its keep. A single site visit shows the GC where everything is relative to everything else. Progress captured via drone doesn't just record what got built, but also records how to thread the needle to build it.

Once we detect something in the facility or the line, we'll perform a second flight to confirm the hit. A way tighter pattern.

After confirmation, we immediately send the formal report out to the operator.
This is the imperative industry standard.

After a named storm, the clock starts.

PHMSA requires operators to begin inspecting potentially affected pipeline facilities within 72 hours of safely accessing the area. Hurricanes, tropical storms, floods, earthquakes, landslides. If it could have damaged the system, the inspection window is tight.

That's where aerial response earns its place. We can get over affected facilities and ROW fast, documenting damage while ground crews are still staging. A clear record of what the storm did, delivered in time to act on it.

There are many access roads and right-of-ways that are simply too laborious or dangerous to send your people to inspect/document. Sometimes, it's not only a more affective way to accomplish pipeline tasks, but it's safer as well.
