In the chronic illness space, we often live in fear ⬇️
Living in fear is stressful and is quite literally causal of inflammation via cytokine signaling.
In addition, anyone who’s been on the planet for more than a few years knows that when we’re overworked, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, underslept etc.. In other words.. when we’re stressed.. that’s when we get sick.
It’s important that we’re able to effectively handle and release these fears, instead of either getting carried away by them or even suppressing them and keeping them trapped and bubbling away.
One of the best resources I’ve ever found for this is Letting Go by David Hawkins, which is what inspired this post.
Check it out..
