Brandon Willin - aka - has been around a minute.

He showed up skinny and awkward, trained his ass off, got bigger, and grew into a legit ass man.

He started out as blue collar, but after recognizing that raising chickens and pigs is a labor of love vs and actual career, he’s full white collar now.

He falls into that category of Atomic Athletes that work a lot but Tod and I aren’t fully sure what their actual job is. We think it has something to do with real estate or construction.

He did a stint as a coach at Atomic, but also realized that coaching is a labor of love, so it was short lived.

He’s married to the best legs in Austin and the father of the whitest baby in the world, Walter.

Brandon’s work ethic and integrity not only meets the standard, but in a way sets the standard.

We’re proud of the man Brandon has become and even prouder that he’s part of the Atomic family.

Haley — aka — showed up to Atomic as a young woman in her early 20’s over a decade ago, and from the beginning she’s always been upper management.

While she’s a newer coach at Atomic, she’s been running her own personal training business for over ten years. This isn’t her first rodeo. It’s just the latest place she’s decided to raise the standard. Whether she’s coaching, training, raising a family, or managing the daily chaos of life, Haley somehow keeps all the plates spinning. One of those plates is Coach Raul, which appears to be a full-time position with mandatory overtime and no vacation days.

There is zero f**kery in Haley’s world. Within her first month of coaching at Atomic, she discovered that Raul hadn’t been paid in over a year because someone had successfully scammed Jake and Tod through an email scheme. Most people would have assumed there was more to the story. Haley simply looked at Raul and said, “Yeah, that sounds about right.”

People will tell you Haley is one of the nicest people they’ve ever met, and they’re absolutely right. She’s thoughtful, encouraging, and genuinely invested in the people around her. She cares deeply about her athletes, her craft, and doing things the right way. She’s the kind of coach who actually pays attention and gives a damn.

At home, Haley and Raul are raising their son, Xander. Raul remains convinced that the kid is destined to be six feet tall someday, which is a bold prediction considering both of his parents appear to have been forged deep within the Mines of Moria. Our money is on Xander becoming compact, durable, suspiciously strong, and completely unwilling to back down from a challenge.

Always smiling, always ready to drop the hammer, always rocking better abs than most the coaches, Rach is not only a cornerstone of our community, but an excellent human being.

Rachael, we’ve known you for over a decade, and even though we can never spell your name correctly, we’re proud to have you in our family, gym, and lives.
