I haven’t been broken up with since sophomore year of high school.
Can’t say I’d recommend it.

Jokes aside, this one hurt.

One day we’re talking about building a family and moving to Canada…
and the next we’re seven days into a 90-day no-contact container.

I crossed a boundary, and she decided to stay firm and leave.
I respect her for that.
But that doesn’t make the process any easier.

For now I’m working on raw-dogging life and taking it moment by moment.

She always said I should pick up writing.
Maybe I will.

This is the best I’ve felt all day 🙏

I see people arguing about soft tissue work all the time. And while it’s not the end-all be-all, it’s one of the quickest ways I’ve found over the years to create a window of opportunity — and shift the way people perceive their bodies. For people struggling with pain, that sense of hope can be a total game changer.

Weekly recap: I’m hitting around 15 sessions a week right now with a solid mix of rehab (lots of knee and pelvis issues) and pure performance/fitness.

I always see the debate between rehab and performance. In my opinion, quality performance training is good rehab.

It’s such a blast to be able to shift from working with a chronic pain client to a D1-caliber athlete in the same day. Keeps me on my toes and forever in love with the work 🙏
