📍 Lakeside Country Club | 📅 February 23–24, 2026

30-degree mornings. 20 mph wind gusts. True championship conditions. 🌬️⛳️

At the Bantams Invitational, the Paine College Golf Teams answered the call with grit, composure, and Lion pride.

🦁 Allan Fluellen battled the elements to earn All-Tournament Individual Runner-Up honors in the Men’s Championship Division, while Haden Turner stepped into his first collegiate tournament with confidence and PJ Mukumba showed unmatched dedication competing after representing Paine in two other school events, one in Houston Tx and the other in Alamaba earlier that week becore arrivalto Greenville.

On the women’s side, the Lady Lions brought the trophy home.

🏆 Ashley Mitchell captured Individual Medalist honors, Pamela Cabrera secured a runner-up finish, and newcomers Daija Billingsley and Kennedy Whitehead rose to the moment, highlighted by Kennedy lowering her score by over 20 strokes on day two. This was both Daija and Kennadi’s first collegiategf tournament.

Freezing winds. Firm fairways. Championship mindset. The Lions proved once again and our grit travels. 💜🤍🩶🖤
