Did you know that this weekend is 3 days long? Well it is for us. Saturday & Sunday we'll be at the Lake Chatuge Artisan Market in Young Harris. On Monday we'll be at the Haralson Memorial Civic Center in Blairsville... at 11am. Yeah, they've got us down as North Georgia Falconry, but that's OK. We'll make it work. $5 admission at Market, and the Civic center is a free event put on by the Union County Library. We hope to see you at least one of those three days!

Last Friday we had another Falcon added to the roster of birds of prey at our private Raptor Encounter. This happened to be of the human variety… Atlanta Falcon player Liam McCullough. Liam is a former Ohio St Buckeye, but we did our best not to hold that against him.😜 This guy loves raptors… we are betting this Falcon will be a falconer in the near future.

Saturday June 20 GEORGIA MOUNTAIN FALCONRY will be there too.

An incredible weekend at the Georgia Mountain Scottish Games. Saturday was off the charts for attendance at our 3 falconry presentations. Sunday was solid too. And we had falconers venturing out with their birds meeting the public on a regular basis each day. The successful two days for us was due to the commitment effort of our people…. Greg Ames, Brian Holley, Kevin & Mary Jane Pittman, Lisa and Charles Fannon, Josh Nowak, Christa Hamil from FIND, several recent Apprentice Academy graduates who traveled great distances to be there and volunteered to help make it all happen. Enjoy the pics!
