Last summer Lottie and I worked on her strength, size and nutrition to get her ready to play 🥎softball 🥎
for The Ohio State University.
This summer we worked on getting her back to playing form after an impact resulted in surgery and rehab.
This is just a tiny fraction of what we’ve done this year. Really just video from when I remembered to grab my phone!
Happy to report she’s away for collegiate level travel ball now and will be back in the studio with me again before she heads back to OSU to hit the field again. 🙌🏻
Lottie is an amazing athlete and young adult and I’m so happy to be a small part of her journey!

So proud of my client for a great season. Always been crazy strong and a phenomenal kid all around. Happy to see him receive these accolades… he has worked hard for them year after year.

Incredibly proud of .pavese ….county champ once again in the 1600! She and her teammates also won in the 4x4 and she placed 2nd in the 3200. 🎉
Coming back from an injury is incredibly challenging in every way and Lexi has put in ALL the work on the track, and in the gym while also maintaining a very challenging academic course load.
There is a bright future ahead for this determined young woman.
It is my pleasure to be working with top ranked junior golfer Jace Butcher. He is disciplined, hard working and so respectful. Only “yes ma’am” and ‘no ma’am” from this talented young man.
Increased mobility, strength and power are the main goals and as TPI certified coach (Titleist Performance Institute) I am excited to see his work with me in the studio transfer to the course.
