SO..MUCH..FUN! Loved the Jack Johnson concert. Loved the opening act Lake Street Dive Fun time with our youngest 2 kids💜 The older 2 are busy living their adult lives in law school (yes, both of them 😳)!
HVAC rough in is underway! These guys work around a lot of obstacles and configure the system for best ventilation throughout the house. Wall vent, floor vent, ceiling vent, returns, exterior venting, dryer line, bathroom fans…working around trusses & I-joists.

We are on site once or twice a week on every build. We walk through the entire house every time.
We only ask our customers to be at the site a few times throughout the entire process…unless they want to be there more…and the electrical walkthrough is a big one. It’s a 3-5 hour walkthrough…with us (the builders) & the electrician. We go through every single electrical item, options, possible upgrades…I always warn to bring water and a snack😳
