Although it wasn’t the ending to Bromont that I had hoped for, I’m grateful for the experience nonetheless.
Lumie was incredible, flying around the cross-country course—right up until I missed a fence. It’s a tough pill to swallow after making such a big trip and such a costly mistake, and I’m gutted not to be able to check that completion box for Lumie. But at the same time, simply getting to an event like this has been a long-time goal, and I’m proud of us for making it here.
As my mom always says, “Have fun out there with your bestie,” and we absolutely did. We had so much fun tackling the toughest track we’ve seen—until my mistake brought our day to an early end. I am so grateful to everyone who played a part in our journey to getting here. We are incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such amazing people whose support, encouragement, and belief in us make opportunities like this possible. On to the next one!

WHF Lumiere has had a great time in Florida so far. Feeling so blessed to spend some time down here and be surrounded by all the Ocala area has to offer. We have been making the most of our time with lots of schooling and showing with everything so close by, jump lessons with , and dressage with ! Missing our crew back in GA but so thankful for everyone’s support, I am so lucky for all the people I have in my corner right now! .al.tn

WHF Lumiere had a great first run back after he earned himself a little vacation from playing too rough in the field resulting in a fractured jaw. So thankful he had a smooth and easy recovery and is back to his normal self with the help of our vets at home with and ⭐️

No better way to enter a new year than knowing your horses are fueled by the best. My horses currently eat Senior gold which has a beet pulp-based formula with higher fat, more amino acid content, and gastric buffering all which keep them performing their best and looking their best.
