Psych offers mental health education workshops, seminars and support groups that cover an array of topics such as recognizing the mental health language, the mental health help seeking process, coping after the diagnosis and more. The goal is to empower the audience to actively address mental health disturbances and crises with confidence, care and compassion. For the psychology undergraduate and early career psychology professionals, NaviPsych offers specialized personal and professional development coaching that focuses on identifying an individual's skills and interests to help them navigate the broad field of psychology as a means of narrowing their focus on what comes naturally to the individual. NaviPsych will use technology and media as a means of engaging the general public
in innovative yet practical methods of practicing mental wellness on a regular basis.
