My name is Neko and I'm the owner. I won't post pictures for obvious reasons, but I'm over at our rage room in Carrollton working today and I just happened to look up at the camera and saw one of the staff hugging a customer in the rage room as they were crying.
Many people often joke about how angry everyone is, which has attributed to our popularity and success, but many people don't understand - While some people do come in to relieve anger or have fun, many people are HURT and they come to us to relieve real pain. Now more than ever people in the world are under immense amounts of stress and grief, and I'm always happy to hear stories about how our staff has changed a life or helped someone through a tough time.
This company was started originally as an outlet for the grief and anger many experienced during Covid (we opened the rage room immediately after the pandemic), and to this day we make a point if being a safe space for people to release those emotions that therapy, sports and other forms of self-help can't seem to assist.
So thank you to our awesome staff for your kindness and willingness to be there for a stranger, and thank you to our customers who trust us to be a safe place where they can be vulnerable without judgment 💙
