Kamen Smith is the name I keep circling as camp opens, because NC State’s interior line still feels like the biggest swing piece in this whole season. The Pack can talk about depth and additions all summer long, but it still comes back to whether the guards hold up when the games get real.

That is where the ACC picture starts to change for me. If this group settles in and gives the offense something sturdy inside, NC State has a real chance to push forward. If not, we have seen that movie before.
