The Georgia Quota Hunt Points Priority system opens up tomorrow!! Log in to your Outdoors GA account (same as your hunting/fishing license account) and enter for those covenant Alligator priority points. It is really easy to accomplish from the Outdoors Georgia mobile app. The application period runs from 6/1-7/15 for the alligator hunts. You will receive an email after 7/15 that will state if you have been awarded a quota hunt or rejected. If rejected, you will build up a priority point to carry over to the next year. This will continue to happen until you are awarded a hunt. Your priority points build up for each hunt. For example, deer priority points will not count towards an alligator hunt. This year you will most likely need 8 priority points for Zone 1 or 1A. That means you have been rejected for 8 years and should most likely receive an alligator tag on your 9th year.

Call us ASAP after you receive your “congratulations” email to book a hunt. We will probably book totally up within 48 hours of the email going out.

Congratulations to Tristan McDowell on finally tagging out on this big Eufaula alligator 🐊 on the last day of season!!

And that’s a wrap for the 2025 Gator 🐊 season. It was coming down to the wire but we were able to fill 100% of our clients tags this season!!!

Congratulations to Mark Mozley for putting his tag on this legend we called “Tank”. We have hunted this alligator for years along with many other hunters, and he finally slipped up this morning. “Tank” went right at 13’5” and topped the scales at 609 pound!!

Congratulations to the Powell family on tagging this giant 11 ft+ Seminole gator 🐊 🐊!!! It was a team effort and all came together in less than 2 hours on the water.
