The NFA Case in Texas does not apply to the entire country.

If the ruling expands to the rest of the counrty (and I hope it does), not all States will be able to buy NFA items (see chart below). Some States mandate a Form 4 and some already ban the items.

No suppressors will be sold without completing a Form 4 until we have a letter in hand from the DOJ/ATF confirming we are able to. Don’t ask, and don’t send one here thinking you won’t have to do it. I’m not losing my license because the internet knows everything…. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.
