How did this one make you feel? šš©µ
Your heart and your throat are more connected than you might think.
Think about the last time you held back tears. Or swallowed your words.
Your body notices those moments.
This practice is an invitation to soften your heart, release the tension youāve been carrying, and reconnect with your voice.
Not so you can speak louderā¦
But so you can speak more honestly.
Save this for the days when your chest feels heavy, your throat feels tight, or you need a reminder to come back to yourself.
Take a deep breath.
And let your body do the rest.

When every step you take is laced with confidence you canāt trip
Frequency Fridays. āØ
This series is for those of us who need more moments where our mind can get quiet enough to actually hear ourselves again.
Every Friday, Iāll be sharing a frequency you can come back to whenever life feels loud, overwhelming, or disconnected.
No pressure to do it perfectly.
Just press play, take a few deep breaths, and give your nervous system a chance to reset.
Save this for the next time your mind wonāt slow down, and come back every Friday for a new frequency.
Welcome to Frequency Fridays.
Return to ease. š¤

It feels like summer šš«āļøš»š
Ever notice how your shoulders creep up toward your ears when youāre stressed?
Thatās not a coincidence.
Mental and emotional stress donāt just live in your mind, they show up in your body.
Tight shoulders.
A stiff upper back.
A clenched jaw.
Shallow breathing.
Your body is constantly adapting to the stress itās under.
Partner-assisted stretching helps create space where your body has been holding tension. As your muscles begin to relax, your breathing deepens, your nervous system starts to settle, and many people notice their mind feels lighter too.
Thatās why I donāt see stretching as just improving flexibility.
I see it as creating the conditions for your body to remember what it feels like to be at ease.
Because when the body softens, the mind often follows.

Have you ever tried contrast therapy?
I used to think contrast therapy was all about recovery.
Now I think itās one of the best ways to practice staying with yourself in uncomfortable moments.
The cold isnāt the goal.
āØThe goal is remembering how to breathe when your body wants to panic.
Thatās a skill that shows up way beyond the sauna.
