Featured here are two tastes from the evening: Wagyu Carpaccio with pickled sunburst squash, spiced sunflower seeds, black radish, chili aioli, and micro arugula, along with a Pork Trotter Croquette with bacon jam and pickled mustard seed.

We’ve also completed the new concrete walkways connecting the front and back courts, making it easier to get around the complex.

Earlier this week, our members rolled up their sleeves for a fun-filled pizza making class. While the weather had other plans, a little rain couldn’t dampen the laughs, great company, or the delicious pizzas that came out of the oven 🔥
